Race Convention 2006 is the first ever platform of its scale for debate on race relations and integration in Britain.

The two-day programme, facilitated by the Commission for Racial Equality (CRE), aims to play a pivotal role in shaping the agenda for what needs to be achieved in the 21st century.

Thought-provoking keynote addresses will be complemented by a series of interactive break-out sessions, on a variety of topics and in various formats, chaired by eminent figures from a range of fields.
